WatsonRice is a certified MBE, SBE and GSA Small Business CPA firm. We can be your partner on engagements. We work with other CPA firms, banks, lawyers and other professionals to help their clients.

Every partner relationship is different. Some of our partners need us to work long-term with their clients to fulfill a specific need. One area of a recurring relationship is often our Client Accounting Solutions group. This is where we outsource part of or the entire accounting function and in some cases act as the part-time CFO or Controller. For other auditors this is a good solution to help their clients resolve support needs without impairing their independence related to issuing an opinion on their financial statements.

Some need us for independence matters while others have clients not receiving the advice or attention they need. Our team provides accounting to resolve independence issues such as outsourced accounting or audit preparation for audit clients of CPA firms. We provide due diligence, internal controls, IT assistance and special projects. We are a resource that works in collaboration with our referral partners.
