Who We Are

BCA Watson Rice LLP (BCAWR) is a California partnership formed in 2013 that continues the business operations that have been ongoing for over 31 years. We also have affiliate offices in New York/New Jersey; Washington, DC; and Miami, Florida. We are a member of the RSM US Alliance, the premier nationwide affiliation of independentaccounting and consulting firms.

Over the past three decades, BCAWR has served predominantly state, local, regional, and federal government agencies and non-profit organizations.

Our professional staff has mastered federal and state legislation pertaining to social services, transportation, education, housing, real estate, economic development, the environment, and other areas enabling us to understand our client’s requirements and gaining industry knowledge so that we can better meet our client’s needs on time and within budget. As a result of this experience, we have developed a keen understanding of the issues government agencies face and have the know-how to achieve practical solutions. The firm provides a wide range of services for its government clients.
